We are pleased to send you an inquiry for Molybdenum Metal (Rod/Bar/Plate) 3.5MT (3500 Kgs) as detailed below:

MOLYBDENUM METAL

Quantity: 3500kgs (3.5 MT)

As per PSM technical data sheet Revision: 04 S. No. 346 dated 14-04-2021 (attached)

Sizing of Material:

1. Bar: Cross section (20 mm X 20 mm  to 30mm X 30mm) and length 100 mm to 300 mm

2. Rod: Dia 20 mm to 30 mm and length 100 mm to 300 mm

3. Plate: Square (50 mm X 50 mm) to (100 mm X 100 mm) , thickness 5 – 10 mm

Packing:

Steel drums with clamped and sealed lid, containing 1,000 to 2,000 kg of material. FCL Containerized Shipment.

Notes:

1.    Indian Origin NOT acceptable. Shipments from Indian Ports NOT acceptable.

2.    Payment through L/C at sight or CAD (Cash Against Documents) through banking channel. Please indicate one of these two payment terms in your quotation.

3.    Firm prices should be quoted on FOB basis including export packing, inland transportation and export documentation etc.  Name of loading port must be specified.

4.    Sea Freight charges from loading port to Karachi Port may be indicated separately.

5.    Buyer reserve the right to place order on FOB Loading Port Basis or CFR Karachi basis at their sole discretion. 

6.    SGS/RCI inspection certificate at seller’s cost is essentially required with shipping documents. SGS/RC India NOT acceptable.

7.    Quoted price should be inclusive of our commission

8.    Prices must be fixed, firm and valid for 20 days for placement of PO. Order placed within the offer validity shall be binding on buyer and seller both. Neither buyer nor seller would be allowed to change (increase/decrease) the price after submission of bid.

9.    Quotation must be printed on letterhead of exporter. Quotation must indicate detailed specifications, sizes, material, quantity, unit price, total value, mode of shipment, sea freight charges, delivery period, country of origin, testing /inspection details, bank details for payment purpose and offer validity etc.

Kindly quote your rock bottom prices without keeping any negotiation margin as the order would be placed with the lowest bidder provided compliance with all technical requirements and commercial terms stated above.
