The mediator for Arbitration, consulting and contract structuring is a Jordanian company specialized in providing Consultation and project management on building security solutions, Oil & Gas installations, Power Plants, and general trading, with a long experience in major consultations, implementation of contracts, and exclusive concessions with local and regional governments.

We hereby state and confirm that under full corporate responsibility that it is the intention of our company to purchase “Used Iron Pipes” as per international standard specifications. The FCO shall contain detailed specifications and Terms & Conditions and shall be supported with all relevant documents:

A. Contract Quantity 5,000,000 MT

B. INCOTERMS CIF.

C. Payment terms: 100% non-transferrable LC at sight – Confirmed – Revolving

D. Port of destination: any port in Turkey

E. Packaging: 1.4 Meters.

F. Special Features: Less Than 2% Impurities.
