comply with Asme B16.5 flange standard class 300#.

According to attached datasheet, Typical drawing and Physical properties.

Owner Notes:
Project information : Flexible Marine Transfer Pipes (it is for transferring raw river water (normal water) from one point (floating water intake system) to another point (factory)
We already have some hoses but due to high elongation (when they put in service) they are damaged. So we want to replace them with new hoses and flanges.
The hoses will be used for pumping the raw water behind the dam to plant as flexible hose.
The hoses will be supported on buoyancy tanks.
The material to be selected by vendor but light flanges (Al) is preferred
Operation Pressure is 12 Bar, Test Pressure (min) 18 Bar, Working Temperature -5° C to 850 C.

For this project is considered as follows refer to Masjed Soleyman city and around ambient
condition:
Elevation 180-250 m.a.s.I
Max ambient temperature 55°C
Min ambient temperature -5°C
Maximum exposed surface temperature (Black Body Temperature) 83°C
Max Relative humidity 75%
Min Relative humidity 16%
Annual Raining rate 464 mm
