1. Size= 3.1-0.1X139.5-2X1200~2000 mm

2. Technical requirements.

a) Coating Gilding Metal (Brass 90 clad on both sides)

b) Chemical composition of coating: Copper=88~91%, Zinc=Remainder

c) The thickness of Brass 90 sheet for each side should be 3.4 to 4% of the thickness of the flat steel

3. Base metal: Hot rolled flat steel.

a) Technical requirements.

Base metal composition:

C=0.11-0.19%, Mn=0.35-0.55%, Al=0.02-0.08% Si=Not more than 0.06%, Cr=Not more than 0.15% Cu= Not more than 0.20%, S= Not more than 0.04%, P= Not more than 0.035%, Ni=Not more than 0.30% Total Sulfur + Phosphorous= Not more than 0.07

4. Mechanical Properties: Ultimate tensile strength (UTS) = 31~40 Kg/mm2, Elongation > 29%
