1)   Your offer Quotation should be written on your company s “Sales Invoice”, including all technical specifications, payment terms & commercial conditions (validity, delivery time, packing, freight) …etc.

9)  In case of order you have to issue CIQ certificate prior of shipment and send it because the origin from China! Beside also should issue legalized certification of origin, in case you not supply, we can’t proceed, plus you inspection and analysis certificates as well.
