Looking to source on priority, material to replace stabiliser cotton reel. See below. All materials are required to be DNV certified, however if DNV cert is not attainable, mill cert can be reviewed by DNV to confirm suitability
Top flange face Material:
Plate to be 5083 H321 ALLOY U.N.O, min size 600 x 600 x 40 mm, happy to procure full sheet if required.
Billet Material:
Preferred option: EX 340DIA 6082 ALLOY BILLET TEMPERED TO T5
Alternate option 1: EX 340DIA 5083 H321/H116 ALLOY BILLET
Alternate option 2: EX 330OD * 250ID 6082 ALLOY TUBE TEMPERED T0 T5/T6
Alternate option 3: AL 5383
Can you please confirm price and availability for the above materials. Please also consider fastest freight options into CNS to expedite commencement of repair.
