Greetings from GCCELAB, Contracts and Procurement Department.

We are pleased to invite your respectful firm to participate on the subject bid,  below notes for your consideration.

1. CONTRACTOR EXPENSES, CONTRACTUAL AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

All costs and any liabilities incurred by Contractor including, without limitation, those associated with the preparation of Contractor’s proposal, will be borne entirely by Contractor.

GCC does not assume any contractual or financial obligation by the issuance of this RFQ, by receiving, accepting, or evaluating proposals, or by the determination of a selected Contractor.

GCC reserves the right to repeat, renew, or cancel this RFQ where, in its sole discretion, none of the proposals submitted in response to the RFQ warrants acceptance or where it would be in GCC’s best interest to do so.  Without being obligated to do so, if the RFQ is cancelled, GCC may, at its sole discretion, issue a subsequent RFQ for the same or similar requirements as described in this RFQ.

1. PROPOSAL EVALUATION

GCC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, award to multiple Contractors, or negotiate separately with any Contractor if such action is deemed necessary to provide the best value to GCC.
