Offer request_aluminium profiles for furniture sliding systems

Dear Sir, Madam,
I am writing to you on behalf of a Romanian company, interested in importing aluminium profiles& rails for sliding systems (wardrobes and other), and accessories.
The profiles are destined for 18 mm thickness panels, and, if possible, they should also have 10 mm channels, for glass. Their installation should not need any miling.
Please revert with a general price offer, and answers to the following questions:
1 Do you have standard products, or only produce custom ones?
If so, please provide a catalogue with your standard products (sizes, colours, prices, aluminium thickness, type of paint)
2 For custom products, what would be the price of the cast/mold? What is the minimum order for custom products?
3 What is you delivery term? Since placing the order until they are loaded into a container.
4 What are the payment term and conditions?
5 What is the quality certification/ guarantee?
6 If we shall design a custom product, how can we have it exclusively? In order for your company not to produce it for other customers also.
7 Do you also produce accessories for sliding systems (wheels, brakes, etc.)?
8 Can you send us a general price list?
