Please find conditions below:

(a) Product Copper Cathodes (Electrolytic Copper Grade-A).

(b) Quality / Standard Non-LME Grade-A Standard Cu Cathodes-1, Cu purity 99.97% to 99.99%, according to international accepted standard specification.

(c) Dimension 914mm x 914mm x 12mm (approx.) 36 “X 36” X 0.5 “.

(d) Weight of each sheet 125 kgs + 1-1%.

(e) Net weight of each pallet 2 MT +/- 1%.

(f) Packing Palletized banded by aluminum bands.

(g) Trial quantity 500 MT (maximum 10 working days after signature of the SPA).

(h) Contract quantity 5,000 MT / month with roll and extension (maximum 30 working days after submission of the agreed financial instrument).

(i) Total quantity 60,500 MT (Metric Tons).

(j) Duration 12 months, one complete year delivery.

(k) Delivery DPU international Bonded Warehouse at buyer’s choice.

(l) Target Price LME gross – 19.00% / net – 16% discount to the buyer.

(m) Terms of payment After inspection report, Buyer will pay via TT MT103.

(n) Financial guarantee 100% Revolving irrevocable, non-transferable DLC, at sight.

Note: Financial instrument is possible after successful Trial. For the Trial Deal there is NO guarantee or financial instrument given by buyer.

(o) Increase of quantity We are interested to increase the monthly quantity after first successful closed contract and successful deliveries.
