Enercon looking for potential suppliers of e-nacelle casing

This is Juniper from ENERCON GmbH looking for the potential suppliers in APAC region for wind energy industry.

ENERCON GmbH is one of the largest wind turbine suppliers in Europe.

I am responsible for scouring activities in Asia-Pacific region.

We are taking care of the demands from worldwide. The projects we are working on in these years: Vietnam, Canada, Chile, Korea, Japan and other European counties.

A little bit about the components which I am in charge including tower internals, nacelle/hub components, e-nacelle covers and so on.

Most of the parts are conventional steel S235/S355, aluminum and rarely stainless steel.

Recently, I am looking for suppliers to supply our e-nacelle casing. Our e-nacelle casing is consisted of below sheet metals.

Please kindly refer to the following basic requirement:

1. Raw material: EN AW-5754 [AlMg3] (-H111) with a minimum yield point of 125 N/mm² and thickness of 2,5 mm.

1. Laser cutting up to 4 m length

1. Bending up to 4 m length

1. Bending matrix XYZ for 0-fold, see example below.
