Please find below requirement of SS 304L plates:
ASME SA 240 GR 304L (1500 x 6000 x 6 mm) – 2 Nos.
ASME SA 240 GR 304L (1250 x 3000 x 8 mm) – 1 No.
Mill TC is required with all mandatory requirement of Code i.e. Chemical Analysis, Physical Analysis, Hardness etc. In addition conformity of following Tests are required :
1. Inclusion Rating (E-45 Method-A)
2. Grain Size
3. I.G.C. Practice “A”
4. IG.C. Practice “C” (For IGC Practice “C” after 5 cycles of boiling, the average corrosion rate should not be more than 12 mils per year (mpy). Also value of no cycle should be more than 18 mpy out of 5 cycle testing)
Also all plates are required with U.T. Testing
All technical specifications are attached with respect to requirement of plate material.
