Dear cjmetals-team,

for a series product, we need chains made up of individual steel parts.

Enclosed you will find a view and the CAD data as well as technical drawings, from which you can see dimensions, shape and material properties.

For this, we first need an assessment of whether you can manufacture the requested parts easily and economically.

The material specified here is stainless steel. The material must be able to withstand a tensile force (Rp 0.2 tensile) of at least 500 N / mm2.

We would like to get the chains fully assembled.

One chain consists of:

29x chain-link “IDD-008-1.1.0-001_Kettenglied”

1x end piece “IDD-008-1.1.0-002_Kette_Endstück_1”

1x end piece “IDD-008-1.1.0-003_Kette_Endstück_2”

30x pin “IDD-008-1.1.0-004_Kette_Stift”

The two end pieces are designed in such a way that they can be produced by milling a “001_Kettenglied”. The 30 connecting bolts do not have to be removable.

How exactly they will be attached has not yet been decided. Here we rely on your experience.

Please send me offers for a purchase of 50 sets or 50 pre-assembled chains. You can use the available CAD data as a basis and assume that the chain has a partly brushed and partly polished surface.
