In relation with IPS RD for the future projects we need Aluminium Nitride Ceramic (ALN) sheets.

Kindly please provide AlN sheets details as listed below:

• Thickness tolerance – 0.5 to 1.0 mm
• Sheet size
• Ceramic characteristics (if possible provide link)

Please also provide your quotation based on a single sheet for MOQ and delivery time. We will appreciate if you could propose volumes discounts.
