99.7% Purity
Consist of clean, Untinned, Uncoated, Unalloyed
Aluminum Ingots A7, Chemical specification by Seller.

4- Quantity :
4.1 The largest monthly quantity that can be exported
4.2 Contract duration: 12 MONTHS WITH ROLLS & EXTENSIONS

5- Port of loading & Discharge Port
5.1 Loading Port: Any safe port
5.2 Discharge Port: CIF China , As per Buyer’s request

6- Packing: By international standards Palletized

7- Price : Best price per metric ton, CIF China

8. PAYMENT TERMS:
By irrevocable ,confirmed, Non Transferable , revolving letter of credit, payable at sight , delivered to Seller’s bank via SWIFT DLC MT700, covering  one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly shipment of Aluminum ingot.
Such letter of credit shall be issued and/or confirmed by a bank of major standing and acceptable, in form and substance, to the Seller.
Letter of Credit 100% payable at sight after SGS inspection at destination discharge port by the buyer within 3 days.

9. Terms of delivery: CIF China (Incoterms 2010)

10. The Seller shall produce a performance guarantee for two(2%) percent of the shipment value-

11- Inspection: Third Party Inspection such as SGS, at seller’s expense at loading port (buyer’s expense if requited at unloading port).

12- Insurance Certificate covering 110% of the total invoice value.
