Please quote your ordinary unit price for supplying these goods  
together with your discount for volume purchases. Please also indicate:

a) If you are offering different model with our RFQ ,  please let us  
have suitable catalog, manual or drawing.

b) Delivery time from receipt of our purchase order to receipt of your  
shipment, this time frame will be a condition of any purchase order  
made.

c) Weight and dimensions if they are available. Our priority is to  
arrange shipment based on Ex-works of your warehouse with our own  
shipping agents.

d) Your Payment terms and quoted currency.

e) Country of origin for offered items.

f)Whether your quotes are inclusive or exclusive of sales taxes; if  not 
otherwise stated, we will assume your quotes are inclusive of  sales 
taxes.
