Discontinuance and Obsolesces;

1. Supplier shall notify Kemikon twelve (12) months prior written notice of obsolescence or discontinuation of any materials, processes or products.

Changes by supplier to the good(s), manufacturing processes, location of manufacturing facility, sub-suppliers and raw materials or construction thereof, will not be made without prior written approval from Kemikon

2. Components of new product designs have at least seven (7) years of remaining as-built availability.
